Summit USB Line Interface

With the SUMMIT II Plus it is extremely easy for you to build and operate a line or 3D survey. The USB Line Interface interlinks your Central Unit (Laptop) with your seismic spread. The connection to the PC will be done by a commercial USB cable. Thanks to USB “Plug and Play” technology connecting and disconnecting with the line at any time is no problem at all. In addition you have the possibility to connect the USB Line Interface at any desired position. This picture shows the USB Line Interface as the interlink between the Laptop and the line. Here you see the decentral power supply operation mode. Without any hardware or software changes you can use the same USB Line Interface for the central power supply as well.
