Cables for decentralized power supply

For the decentralized power supply, two different types of cables are available. You need both of the following two cable types to use the SUMMIT System with decentralized power supply.

Line Cable

Our original 2-wired flat Line Cable has a maximum length of 330 meter and is terminated on both ends. Up to 60 Remote Units can be connected via Snap-on technology absolutely flexible at any desired position. We call one Line Cable with a series of SUMMIT Units a “Line Segment”. Different Line Segments can be connected with a Repeater Unit.





Power Cable

You need the Power Cable to connect your SUMMIT Remote Units to an external battery. This cable has a length of about 0.5 meter. If you would like to use your own batteries we offer you this cable with universal battery connectors on one end.
